Beginning counseling can feel uncertain, vulnerable, or even intimidating. Wherever you are right now—feeling lost, stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply—you are welcome here.
In sessions, I aim to create a space where you can gently slow down and turn toward your inner experiences with openness and compassion. Together, we will practice noticing thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences as they arise, and explore new ways of relating to them with greater flexibility rather than struggle.
I believe counseling is not about eliminating difficult experiences, but about helping you build a more workable relationship with them, so that you can move toward a life guided by what truly matters to you. We will collaboratively explore your values, clarify what gives your life meaning, and support you in taking small, meaningful steps in that direction.
